Church & leadership

Church Growth: Who is responsible?

Building the body of Christ, together

Church growth is often treated as the work of one person or one office. This book argues otherwise: God gives the increase, and every member of the body of Christ has a part in the Church’s mission, health and growth.

What the book explores

  • What church growth means, and how it can be sustained
  • The roles of pastors, ministers, deacons, stewards, staff and members
  • How spiritual growth and effective leadership relate
  • Discipleship, mentorship, community engagement and leadership development
